BIOMECHANICAL ANALYSIS

In order to establish the first step on the path to the realignment of your body for optimal performance, we must first look at the foundations.

Through a series of questionnaires, we'll identify your current pain points, history of injuries, exercise and lifestyle factors contributing to performance and health.

Your bio-mechanical analysis will begin with a discussion around your pre-assessment questionnaires and your goals for the 12 week program.

From here, your coach will begin a series of tests through your whole body - from foot mechanics all the way up to head carriage, observing where bio- mechanical limitations may lie within your body.

Because posture isn't static, your coach will test you through a series of movements to identify imbalances, strengths and weaknesses.

PERSONALISED PROGRAM

The data gathered from your analysis will be used to develop your bespoke program.

This 12 week program serves as the foundation for your training with your coach and is made up of physical and lifestyle elements - depending on your unique circumstances.

SESSION STRUCTURE

After your initial biomechanical analysis you will work with your coach in the gym once or twice per week.

The session frequency is up to you and your schedule, however we highly recommend working with your coach twice per week for fast results and easier integration.
