Taylor’s passion for holistic training and wellness began in 2007 after he was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome, after training heavily for the professional triathlon circuit. Taylor sought out Jan Catron (CHEK Australia) for his rehab, and his mind and body were transformed.
Taylor learnt that intensive training must be balanced with restorative practices to rise to one's highest potential. After seeing for himself the power accessible through holistic practices, Taylor was inspired to follow Jan’s path and study CHEK.
Fast forward 15 years, Taylor has honed his skills as a holistic movement specialist and is now an authority on holistic health and functional training. With world champion clients from Olympians to Ironmen, World Surf Champions to Wakeboarders, Taylor is highly regarded in peak performance training.
As a Certified Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS) Trainer, Taylor brings a unique and highly acute level of expertise to his physical assessments. This gives Taylor’s clients’ training an extra layer of complexity and detail as the system of DNS is woven into his programs and methods as a coach.
Taylor has gained invaluable knowledge from experts such as Joanna Rushton, Nam Baldwin, Ido Portal and Paul Chek. Along with this extensive knowledge, Taylor integrates his personal experience from being one of Australia’s top Triathletes.
In addition to his accolades as a physical coach, Taylor is well known for his ability to bring mental clarity, calm and wisdom to his clients. Deeply passionate about the mental-emotional side of coaching, Taylor is often sought out for mental coaching alone.

Jonathan specialises in the field of Sports Specific Conditioning and Corrective Exercise. Drawing on invaluable personal experience as an Elite Triathlete and Cyclist, Jonathon combines his learned experiences at the elite level with extensive study at the CHEK Institute and CHEK Australia.
For the last 3 years Jonathan has worked alongside Taylor and has become a highly sought after coach to professional athletes, fitness enthusiasts and anyone wanting to take their health and wellness to the next level.
Jono is highly motivated in helping his clients achieve their physical goals, be that rehabilitation, sports specific training or the elimination of pain and injuries.
In addition to his physical wisdom, Jonathan has a deep seated passion for helping his clients become self aware and to overcome self limiting beliefs; which will create a strong energetic foundation for success in personal and business life. Having completed CHEK Healthy Lifestyle Coaching Levels 1 & 2, Jonathon is perfectly positioned to provide his clients with the safe space and tools they need for mental and emotional growth.

French born professional golfer, Stan Boileve was first introduced to holistic training whilst competing in Australia.
After seeing the results possible when taking a holistic approach to sport and life Stan knew his outlook on training had drastically changed.
His passion for working with athletes has led him to seek education and mentoring from experts in the industry, such as The Chek institution and The Prague School of Rehabilitation (DNS).
Stan has also undertaken Taylor’s intensive 6 month mentorship program, equipping him further with the tools and techniques to help his clients exceed their goals in business or personal life. As a result of his studies, Stan’s dream has transitioned from being an elite professional golfer to training and supporting the best athletes.
Stan’s client base is made up of world class athletes as well as those seeking to perform at the highest level in life.
He aims to help his clients reach their dreams by unlocking their full potential with their mind and body.
MAX OSBORN
Movement Specialist
Max Osborn is a holistic health and movement coach, specialising corrective exercise and holistic lifestyle coaching.
Max has completed Level 1 Integrated Movement Science and Level 1 Holistic Lifestyle Coaching with The CHEK Institute, equipping him with the skills to assist his clients reach their physical goals, be that athletic competition, rehabilitation or overall strength and wellness.
With experience as a professional athlete swimming at an international level, Max is well versed in the physical and mental requirements of high level athletic competition.
Max embodies the benefits of approaching health and wellness holistically and is deeply passionate about sharing this knowledge with his clients.
