“Hey, my name is Harley Clifford I'm a professional wakeboarder from the Gold Coast of Australia and about ten months ago now I had a crash and tore the ACL in my knee and had to undergo a full ACL reconstruction surgery.
Everyone knows knees suck, and it's hard to come back strong from an injury like that, but obviously, I knew my best chance was to find the best trainer I could and stick to his program, stay focused and do everything correctly. I had a lot of down time for the month after surgery as it's pretty hard to do anything let alone workout, so I went on a hunt, had a couple of chats to some different trainer around the area and I ended up finding Taylor Cecil through mitch crews Instagram. Got in touch with Taylor and he was stoked to bring me on board. 
Since training with Taylor for the past 6-7 months I have had nothing but fun, I feel so much better in every way, not just fitness and strength but my energy levels are way up from the food program he has me on. 
My wakeboarding since I have only been back on the board about two months now is better than it was before. Can't wait to see how far I can push it once I get a little more time on the board. Really want to thank Taylor for the time he has put in, not only all the training stuff but obviously being an athlete going through an injury is one of the worst things for us it was just good to have Taylor there to chat to and he helped keep my confidence levels up and gave me great advise and different ways to deal with all the pressure and stress.
